Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions or are needing clarification! We would love to assist you!

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a helper, right-hand man, sidekick, who helps take care of the administrative, social media, and marketing parts of your business or personal life. A VA is able to perform all the tasks an administrative assistant/executive assistant can perform in-person, but from a virtual location.

Elevate You virtual assistants is a unique blend of staff from all different backgrounds that includes those who specialize not only in marketing, web development, startup businesses, and administration tasks, but also those who have accompanying knowledge and expertise. Many of our VAs have not only worked as VAs for some time, but have worked in behavioral and/or medical health environments, and some with medical background degrees including RNs and a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS). This is a major advantage because it can allow us to help you with many different tasks that may involve start-up business, or medical-specific education and research to Elevate your company to its highest level!

Most of all we pride ourselves in our work for the community and our God-centered mission.

At Elevate You we believe in serving and loving our clients for who they are. We have clients that aren’t Christians and/or who do identify as part of the LGBQTIA+ community, and we love and serve our clients just the same. As a Christian-based organization our images and work will be presented in a way that aligns with our beliefs, but will also provide informative, well-marketed, visually appealing content to elevate your business.

Hiring a VA is very cost-effective. Clients only pay for the work VAs have completed, and do not have to worry about the overhead costs like benefits, equipment, or supplies.

When you hire an in-house employee, on top of a salary or hourly wage, you have a ton of things you need to administer (payroll, maybe benefits), equipment, furniture, insurances pay your share of taxes, or if your employee works for you from home, you’re legally compelled to make sure that, at a minimum, the employees work environment is comfortable and safe. ETC.!

It requires a lot of time to set up and manage!

Virtual Assistants was not intended to be the low-cost alternative, but mostly an alternative to having on-site or virtual employees to provide that support. You pay for the convenience of working with another business (not your employee) and having less responsibility for them. Thankfully, the internet is a wonderful resourceful space. We use project management tools that allow you to create projects and/or upload files..

What can’t a VA do is the question?! Please visit our “Services Page” for more information.

You’re buying a certain number of hours of a VA’s time, which you then fill with work that needs to be done. It’s up to you to direct enough work to the VA to use the hours; generally, unused hours aren’t refundable, and most VAs don’t roll unused hours over to the next month. You also benefiting from:

  • A seasoned VA with hundreds of hours of work from previous client and training
  • Every error they have ever made in the past and the time to learn and correct so they can help you not make the same mistakes
  • Networking

You’re paying for our virtual assistant’s training and experience as much as anything else.

We use Harvest Timetracker to track every minute that our virtual assistants use. You only pay for the time used.

Due to our client’s specialties we take all security and privacy issues very seriously. Our virtual assistants are HIPAA-trained and confidentiality is an important part of our business. We offer all clients legally binding contracts.

We mostly accept direct referrals and word-of-mouth so that our clients and friends of the business can attest to our work. Of course, we can never guarantee that we would all be the perfect fit for one another, but building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is important for us. This referral system allows for a better matches and assurances. On some occasions where there isn't a referral or direct outreach, we can interview each other through a discovery call to see if it would be a good match!
